Project Overview
Development of a custom MinimOSD-based on-screen display system for UAV applications. The system integrates flight-controller telemetry with an analog video signal and overlays real-time flight information directly onto the FPV video feed. The project covered system architecture, video and telemetry interfaces, power-supply design, embedded hardware integration, PCB design and communication with the flight-control system. Particular attention was paid to analog video signal integrity, grounding, noise isolation and reliable operation alongside RF, power and flight-control electronics. The work included schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, manufacturing preparation, hardware bring-up and UAV system integration.
