RF Antenna Design & Simulation — Keysight ADS
Custom antenna design and RF optimization using Keysight ADS, including electromagnetic simulation, S-parameter analysis, impedance matching, Smith Chart optimization, PCB integration and prototype tuning.

Project Overview
Design and development of custom antennas for UAV, telemetry and wireless communication systems. The antenna development process starts with frequency-band and system requirements, followed by antenna geometry development, feed-network design and RF simulation using Keysight ADS. Keysight ADS is used for electromagnetic and circuit-level analysis, including S-parameters, S11 / return loss, input impedance, Smith Chart analysis and impedance-matching network optimization. The antenna is then integrated into the RF and mechanical architecture of the system, taking into account PCB geometry, ground planes, feed-line impedance, connectors, surrounding electronics and the UAV structure. The work covers antenna calculations, simulation, impedance matching, RF PCB design, prototype manufacturing, measurement, tuning and final integration into the complete RF system. Particular attention is paid to minimizing RF losses and achieving stable antenna performance under practical installation conditions rather than optimizing the antenna only as an isolated theoretical model.
